How it works

A check before the check.

King Tide is meant to run on a fully-completed claim PDF — the same package you would submit to your examiner for Proof Out Approval. Think of it as your last gate before the examiner sees it.

1

Upload your claim PDF

Drop one complete claim into the dashboard. We accept the full package as a single PDF up to 50 MB.

2

King Tide audits it

Twelve detectors scan every page for the common errors examiners and mentors catch by hand.

3

You get it back, marked up

An annotated PDF with a cover-page summary plus in-page callouts for every finding.

What to include

Your upload should contain all of these

For King Tide to give you a useful audit, the PDF you upload needs to be the complete claim package as you would submit it for examiner review.

Narrative
Your full claim narrative.
Proof of Loss
Executed POL signed by the insured.
Final Report

Preliminary Report

Sketch

Valuation

Building Estimate

We don’t reject uploads that are missing sections — but the audit is only as useful as what you give it. Missing the Premises History page means we can’t check prior-loss consistency, for example.
